MacEllen

Magazine

MacEllen is a fictional magazine inspired by the well-known concept of the MacGuffin. Each edition focuses on a single object, explored from different perspectives. The first issue is dedicated to the shell.

The cover features an embossed shell pattern. This technique gives the magazine a distinctive character while highlighting the texture and structure of the object. The magazine includes a variety of topics, all connected to shells in some way. The centerfold is printed on pearlescent paper, referencing the pearl found inside an oyster.
